NFS mount note
VM restarted and was only up 4 minutes at session start. NFS mounts didn't auto-mount despite _netdev flag in fstab. Network was fine (all hosts pingable). Remounted manually. Root cause found: nfs-common service is masked (systemctl is-enabled nfs-common returns "masked"). The systemd mount units exist under remote-fs.target but the dependency chain is broken. Fix: sudo systemctl unmask nfs-common && sudo systemctl enable nfs-common. This is a James-level fix.
